SELF LOCKING TRAY ERECTOR
EAGLE'S POPLOK, Self Locking Tray Erector can erect corrugated trays with NO GLUE. We have developed machines to do 1-tuck, 2-tuck and up to 6-tuck in our group of standard machines. We can also supply you a machine to erect complicated display trays required by Club Stores around the country.
Our standard machine can do a self lock with or without lid, 2-sided tuck.

For those LARGE TRAYS we have developed a machine that can handle a self locking blank 60" x 60" flat. The large tray is controlled throughout the folding process to completely eliminate any problems encountered with large blanks. These machines are equipped with a hydraulic lift table in the high capacity hopper allowing long run times between loading.

POPLOK 5-Tuck
The 5-Sided Tuck tray is typical of alot of display trays used in discount stores through the country. The machine shown can do 4 different size trays in one machine. With quick size change over you can adjust between sizes in minutes. This machine can do up to 12 tpm 24/7. With easy load hopper there is no down time in production. With a power requirement of only 120vac, 15amp it will also cut down on utility cost.
