With Eaglepm, you will never have to call two (or more) machine suppliers for technical assistance, as is the case with most other packaging companies. We offer our customers single source solutions and take full responsibility for the packaging systems we deliver.

    We understand the importance of zero down time and irrecoverable production losses. Parts department will ship parts the same day if we receive the order before 3:30 PM EST. In-house telephone tech support department is available from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM EST. Factory trained service technicians are available on short notice and can be dispatched from our Las Vegas, Montreal and Miami locations. Our service team is committed to doing their best at all times to ensure you have the support you need, when you need it.
